Apache on Cygwin

I tend to forget the steps taken to install the apache server compiled with Cygwin as an NT service, so here it is.

1. Create an environment variable: CYGWIN=ntsec
2. cygserver-config
3. cygrunsrv -S cygserver
4. cygrunsrv -I httpd -d "CYGWIN httpd" -p /usr/sbin/httpd -a -F
5. Change the User setting in /etc/apache/httpd.conf to SYSTEM
6. Check the permissions of /var/run/httpd.pid and related log files.
